Overview:
Family recently moved from London and are now based in Hersham, Surrey are looking for a Nanny to help look after their two children – twin girls, aged 17 months (at commencement of post), on a sole charge basis.
The family are ideally looking for someone to care for their children five days per week, Monday – Friday.
Hours are 7.30am – 6.30pm. Totally 55 hours a week.
Live-in accommodation consists of a separate studio annex. Double bed with en suite, kitchenette and living space.
The role is majority sole charge but the parents like a calmer hand over in the morning and evenings so one of them would be around to help out in the first and last half hour to an hour. This gives time for the Nanny to tidy up from breakfast and at the end of the day.
Family are keen for the twins to do playgroups, classes, outings etc and while the twins sleep at lunch the Nanny can do some batch cooking, girls laundry and other childcare duties.
The family are going to Australia in December and hope the Nanny would fly out with mum and have the option to either fly home after or stay in Australia to do their own thing and then fly back with mum and dad in between Christmas and New Year. This isn’t a deal breaker though.
- Use of family car when on duty, however there is parking for your own.
- The family has no pets.
- All usual childcare duties.
- Enhanced DBS qualified.
- 12 hour Paediatric First Aid.
