Our Fees

Once we have worked with you to establish the type of nanny to best meet your requirements, we will be able to discuss fee options with you. Our fees are outlined below.

Permanent Nanny (over 12 weeks) – Daily, Live-in – 8% of Candidate’s gross annual salary

Temporary Nanny (up to 12 weeks) – Daily, Live-in – £80 a week (based on 5 days)

£20 a day (1-4 days)

Maternity Practitioner, Night Nanny, Proxy Parent – £80 a week (based on 5 nights)

£20 a night (1-4 nights)

Nanny Share, Rota Nanny, Nanny Housekeeper, Nanny PA 8% of Candidate’s gross annual salary

Wedding/ Events Nanny – £50 booking fee. Candidate’s hourly rate, paid directly to nanny

Babysitting – £15 booking fee. Babysitter’s hourly rate, paid directly to babysitter

Word of Mouth Nanny checks – £500

While we hope it does not happen, we understand that sometimes things do not go to plan so, after full payment of our fees,
we offer the following refund.

Nanny did not start the role or Nanny/Client terminated the contract within 1 week of the engagement starting: 80% refund
Nanny/Client terminated the contract after 1 week but within 2 weeks of the role starting: 70% refund
Nanny/Client terminated the contract after 2 weeks but within 3 weeks of the role starting: 60% refund
Nanny/Client terminated the contract after 3 weeks but within 4 weeks of the role starting: 50% refund
Nanny/Client terminated the contract after 4 weeks but within 5 weeks of the Engagement starting: 40% refund
Nanny/Client terminated the contract after 5 weeks but within 6 weeks of the Engagement starting: 30% refund
