Overview:
Family based in Shamley Green, near Guildford Surrey are looking for a Nanny/housekeeper to help look after their three children – two girls, one 9 years old, one 4 years old, and one boy aged 8 years old (at commencement of post), on a sole charge basis.
The family are ideally looking for someone to care for their children four days per week, Tuesday – Friday.
Hours on Tuesday are 11am – 8pm, Wednesday 11am – 7pm/8pm, Thursday 11am – 8pm and Friday 3pm – 7pm/8pm.
If the nanny would rather have the Friday with more hours, then the nanny could do midday – 7pm/8pm on all four days.
Another alternative for the hours are 12pm – 8pm on the four days (Tuesday – Friday).
During the holiday the nanny would ideally shift her hours to make the days 9am – 5pm/6pm, this covers the childcare in holidays.
While the children are at school, housekeeping duties would be carried out. These would include managing family laundry, ironing, and tidying (including children’s rooms and play areas), cooking healthy family meals, managing errands, such as shopping, returning parcels, sourcing birthday presents for parties etc.
It is essential for the nanny to drive so they ae able to do school pick-ups and take the children to after school activities. The nanny would also need to manage the weekly schedule, organise uniform and school and club bags, as well as supervise homework.
Both mum and dad work from home, on Fridays. The family are looking for someone to join them on a long-term basis.
- Nanny with own car, mileage paid.
- The family has no pets.
- All usual childcare and housekeeper duties.
- Enhanced DBS qualified.
- 12 hour Paediatric First Aid.
