Overview:
Family based in Camberley, Surrey are looking for a Nanny to help look after their daughter aged 15 months old (at commencement of post), on a sole charge basis. The baby was born 3 months’ prematurely, so her corrected age is 12 months old.
The family are ideally looking for someone to care for her 3 days a week to start, then 4 days a week from September. Mum goes back to work middle of June and then her days increase to 4 days 3 months after she has gone back.
The 3 days would be Tuesday – Thursday and the 4 days would be Monday – Thursday.
Hours are 9am – 6pm.
Mum mainly works from home but may occasionally need to go into the office on Wednesdays. When at home mum will work in the spare room with the door shut and leave nanny to have full sole charge of looking after the little girl.
The baby has diabetes insipidus, therefore the family require the nanny to be confident in administering medication to the baby once in the day. The mum will show and guide the nanny at the start of the role and continue to until the nanny is confident in doing it themselves. The baby has physio every 2- 3 weeks and the nanny is required to go along with the mum to the appointments to then see what exercises are done at home.
- A driver is not required for the role, however, there is parking for your own car.
- The family has no pets.
- All usual childcare duties.
- Enhanced DBS qualified.
- 12 hour Paediatric First Aid.
