Overview:
Family based in Paddock Wood, Kent are looking for a Nanny to help look after their two children – one girl aged 10 years old and one boy aged 7 years old, on a sole charge basis.
The family are ideally looking for someone to care for their children five days per week, Monday – Friday.
Hours in term time are about 30+ hours. Hours in holidays are 40 hours.
The family are flexible with term time hours, they would need a minimum of two days with morning hours for school drop offs. The Nanny may decide to stay all day those days to get jobs done then the other days just start in the afternoon (2pm onwards perhaps). Some evenings the family require the nanny to work till 8pm as after school activities can be busy. Other days finish time can be 6pm.
In the school holidays the family require full days, such as 10am – 6pm (or similar).
The family can offer the extra hours while the children are at school for light housekeeping duties. No cleaning is expected, just keeping on top of the house, batch cooking, children’s admin, attending school matches etc.
Dad works in the office, mum works from home 3 days a week but in a sperate office and will stay out of the nanny’s way. The family have had nannies previously so understand to leave the nanny to it.
- Use of family car when on duty, however there is parking for your own.
- The family has no pets but needs to be ok with dogs as the mother-in-law visits with her dog.
- All usual childcare duties and light housekeeping duties.
- Enhanced DBS qualified.
- 12 hour Paediatric First Aid.
