Overview:
Family based in Shalford, South of Guildford, Surrey are looking for a Nanny to help look after their two children – one girl nearly 3 years old and one boy nearly 1 years old (at commencement of post), on a sole charge basis.
The family are ideally looking for someone to care for their children four days per week, Monday – Thursday.
Hours are 7:30am – 6:45pm. Tuesday can be a shorter day of 9am – 5pm, or even just the morning.
Mum is returning to work in December after maternity leave, so there is time for a handover. The girl attends nursery, term time only, 3 days a week.
All usual childcare duties, such as laundry, preparing children’s meals, batch cooking and cleaning and tidying of the children’s bedrooms and play areas. Nursery drops offs and pickups are required; in term time the main care is for the boy then the nanny will have both the children in the holidays. The family would like a nanny who is enthusiastic with doing activities and arranging play dates. They would like someone to feel part of the family, who is caring and warm towards the children, as well as having boundaries for both children to thrive.
Dad does a mixture of working from home and in the office. There is a separate garden office.
- Use of family car when on duty, however there is parking for your own.
- The family has no pets.
- All usual childcare duties.
- Enhanced DBS qualified.
- 12 hour Paediatric First Aid.
