Overview:
Family based in Wonersh, Surrey are looking for a Nanny to help look after their three children – two boys, one 4 years old and the other 17 months, and baby due end of July, on a mixture of shared care and sole charge basis.
The family are ideally looking for someone to care for their children five days per week, Monday – Friday. The family can offer 4 days too.
Hours are 8.30am – 5.30/6pm.
For the first 3 months (minimum) the family will have a maternity practitioner, therefore the main care will be for the two older boys during this period.
Occasionally the family will stay in their London home in Notting Hill and would like the Nanny to go with them. There is a bedroom and bathroom for when they do stay. This is only occasionally, (2 or 3 days during holidays), but would like that option with the nanny.
Dad goes to the office locally as well as work from home. Mum is a stay at home mum, so the role is a mixture of shared care and sole charge, such as when mum has appointments or has taken one child to an activity.
The boys are very outdoorsy, and they have lots of space to do this.
When mum and/or dad is with the children, the nanny should respect this and go off to get on with all childcare duties, such as laundry, meal prep, organising clothes, cleaning the pram, tidying/cleaning and organising toys etc.
The family will require the Nanny to travel abroad (mostly to the USA) with them from next year. (6 weeks in summer 2024).
- Full, clean driving licence with use of family car when on duty, however there is parking for your own.
- The family has two housekeepers, so it’s important the candidate can work well as a team.
- Toddler and Baby experience required.
- The family has 2 dogs and 2 cats.
- Enhanced DBS qualified.
- 12 hour Paediatric First Aid.
