Overview:
A mum based in Reigate, Surrey is looking for occasional proxy parenting as well a temporary nannying/babysitting for her son aged 8, nearly 9 years old.
When mum travels abroad she would require the nanny to collect her son from school, stay over night then take him back to school the next day. It would be either one or two nights in a row, averaging once a month. These nights would be either a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
The nanny can either collect the boy from school at 3:50pm, or he can go to after school care and be collected between 5pm and 6pm. The next morning the boy can be dropped at school earliest 7:30am for breakfast club, or 8am for the normal school drop off.
Babysitting would average once or twice a month; this would be when mum is working in London so would be back late. Again, the nanny would collect from school, take the boy home, supervise homework, do dinner and bed. Mum would be home 10/10:30pm.
If the nanny wanted to be on call for the time the boy is at school and mum is abroad then she is open to providing a retainer. If the nanny isn’t available then the mum does have other options, so this is not essential.
Occasionally the mum may require the nanny to come in for 6am and take the boy to school so she can get off to work earlier. This wouldn’t be often, but ideally the nanny needs to be local.
